Join Out & Active NI for a fun and social introduction to one of the world's fastest-growing sports! Whether you've never picked up a padel racket or already have some experience, this session is designed for all abilities.
We'll begin with a 15–20 minute introduction from the coaches, covering the basics of padel, the rules, and some key techniques. After that, it's straight into friendly games for the rest of the session, giving everyone plenty of opportunity to play, improve, and meet fellow members.

🏸 Equipment
All rackets and equipment are provided, so simply wear comfortable sports clothing and suitable trainers. Just bring yourself and be ready to play!

👟 Clean indoor or court trainers with good grip
👕 Comfortable sportswear
