Return to: π MRT Guandu Station (R15)
Finish Time: π 2pm approximately
We will meet at MRT Luzhou Station (O54) Exit 1 at 08:00. We will finish at Guandu Temple (R25). We can eat together afterwards.

We will be starting our hike from the Yanhanling Trailhead near the Guanyinshan Visitor Center. There is a bus (ζ©20) but it doesn't run often. If we can catch the bus we may, BUT expect to hop in taxis instead. It's faster and more convenient! It's about a 20-minute drive to the trailhead. Taxis should be about 300nt/taxi.
We may check out the Guanyinshan Visitor Center before heading up the 2,000 steps to the top of the mountain. This is ε°ηΎε²³#005. It's also listed as one of the top 100 trails for New Taipei City on the Biji Hiking App. (ε₯θ‘ηθ¨) The top sits at 616m and offers a lovely view on a clear day.
We will make our way down the other side of the mountain via some trails/mountain roads before popping out on a main road where we can catch a bus back to Guandu MRT on the Red Line.

We will wait for people who have registered for at least 10 minutes after the meeting time.

The hike is quite challenging as it is mostly uphill.

The whole hike will end at 2pm roughly, and we can eat together afterwards.

If you are interested in this hiking event, please submit RSVP as early as possible.

Bring enough food and water for a five-hour hike.

It may be necessary to bring umbrella, sunglasses, sun cream, cap, and mosquito repellent

Please try to keep together as one group; this is especially important when the group is large! The leaders will not constantly count people.

Please don't send private messages asking to jump the queue because they will be ignored.

Although the organiser coordinates the meetup, it is your responsibility to be independent and look after your own health and safety. Be sure to familiarise yourself with the arrangements and the route so that you can be totally self-sufficient on the walk.
