“The trail is close to the MRT station and it’s not hard to climb up to the top of Jiandaoshi mountain. Most of all, you can see the spectacle landscape of TPE city including Songshan airport, Taipei101 etc.

Return to: 👉 Shilin MRT Station

We will meet at Xihu MRT Station Exit 1. We will wait 10 minutes for everyone to arrive and then go walking. We will get the 255 bus from the Dalunwei trail entrance to Shilin MRT Station.

Notes:
★ We will meet at 8:00am and wait for people who have registered for at least 10 minutes.
★ The hike is moderately challenging, but you may prefer to wear non-slip shoes and note that the trail can be very muddy.
★ The whole hike will be end before 2 pm roughly. We will eat together near Shilin Station depending on the consensus of the group.
★ If you are interested in this hiking event, please submit RSVP as early as possible. Please join this event only if you intend to attend and you know that you have the stamina for a long hike. If you need to cancel, please do it as soon as you know you can’t make it.
★ Bring enough food and water for a five-hour hike.
★ It may be necessary to bring umbrella, waterproof jacket, and mosquito repellent
★ Be willing to have fun, be friendly and make all participants feel welcome!
★ Although the organiser coordinates the meetup, it is your responsibility to be independent and look after your own health and safety. Be sure to familiarise yourself with the arrangements and the route so that you can be totally self-sufficient on the walk.
