March is the annual Pancake Breakfast and Maple Sugar Festival at Hueston Woods. All-you-can-eat pancakes at the Lodge from 8am to 1pm. We will meet there at 10am; if you'd like to eat pancakes it is $9. Starting at noon there will be hay rides from the beach parking lot to the Big Woods for a guided hike to the Sugar House to learn about maple trees and see how Maple Syrup used to be made on the property.

As some have asked, children are permitted at this meetup, but they will not be centered. I will however try to keep from cursing too egregiously ;-)

I'll be at the Lodge at 10am wearing a big rainbow scarf.
