Out and Proud Augusta

Come out and hang with us at one of our favorite local hidden gems, Back to Nature Garden Center. If you've never been here, you’re missing out!! This event welcomes a very diverse crowd with people from all backgrounds.

Spoken Woods is a collaboration with the poet and music communities of Augusta along with Back to Nature Garden Center. This is a free event where anyone can come and present their own work, read a poem or passage they like, or just enjoy others’ works.

• There will be lots of great food and drink options available in the Bistro before the show or during intermission.

I’m estatic to announce our first private karaoke night!!!

Some sodas and snacks will be provided, but we’d appreciate people bringing food and beverages to share.

We will have a large screen tv, lots of chairs and tables, and a PS5 with a karoake setup for a night of fun, friends and food!

We have the wonderful Unitarian Universalist Church to thank for giving us use of their large meeting space. They are an extremely queer friendly organization - no dogma or agendas. I’m not religious but I feel comfortable there, and have gone to meetings before in the very same space.

Reproductive Justice organizations are coming to you! Join us on October 7th from 6-7:30PM for Building our Reproductive Freedom: an Augusta Town Hall.

Amplify Georgia is hitting the road for reproductive freedom, alongside our partners, including Color of Change, Men4Choice, Repro Freedom for All, SPARK Reproductive Justice NOW!, URGE, and the Feminist Center for Reproductive Liberation. We can’t wait to strategize with you at the town hall.

We want to hear from YOU about the challenges people in your city face when accessing care on the ground. You and your neighbors in Augusta are vital in this fight to access services and policies that will guarantee reproductive freedom for all Georgians.

We’re bringing together local community leaders, state-elected officials, advocates, organizers, and people like you to discuss solutions and learn from you about how to make them a reality as we continue pushing for change on the ground and at the state level.

Bring your coworkers, family members, and friends! Dinner will be provided, and the location will be shared after registration.

Join us for our monthly meet and greet, where we create space and community for members of the community.
This event is perfect for new members and existing members who enjoy good vibes & great conversation.
