Deidesheim Christmas Market

Join us as the enchanting scents and festive lights of the holiday season return to Deidesheim. The annual Deidesheim Advent Market is approaching, and the renowned wine town will once again transform into a magical Christmas wonderland. For more than 50 years, this market has attracted visitors from across Germany and around the world. With its charming backdrop—honored as a “Highlight of Wine Culture” by the German Wine Institute—its rich cultural program, and its exceptional vendors, the Deidesheimer Advent offers an ideal setting to ease into the Christmas spirit.

Approximately 80 stalls invite guests to explore a wide range of handcrafted goods. Careful attention is given to the quality and variety of artisan products, including creative decorative items, clothing accessories, and practical handcrafted pieces made from diverse materials. Culinary specialties, artisanal foods, and warm seasonal beverages further enhance the festive atmosphere.

The food and beverage offerings also reflect a commitment to quality. All mulled wine served is produced exclusively from red wines from the Deidesheim municipal vineyards. Guests can enjoy traditional Glühwein, non-alcoholic warm drinks, and a selection of regional and international delicacies.
