What we’re about

Out of My Shell is a support group dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for individuals who struggle with social anxiety or shyness.

We believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable and confident in social situations, and our group is here to provide encouragement, advice, and a listening ear to those who need it.

Our weekly sessions are designed to be a space where members can come together to share their experiences, discuss their challenges, and learn from one another.

Our meetings are led by experienced facilitators who are trained to guide the conversation and create a supportive atmosphere.

During each session, members will have the opportunity to talk about their experiences with social anxiety and shyness, share their successes and setbacks, and offer support and encouragement to others in the group.

We also offer practical tips and strategies for coping with anxiety, such as relaxation techniques and effective communication skills.

At Out of My Shell, we understand that social anxiety can be a difficult and isolating experience.

That's why we're committed to creating a community where members feel understood, supported, and empowered.

We welcome anyone who is struggling with social anxiety or shyness to join us for our weekly sessions and take the first step toward breaking out of their shell.

This group is created by the Elite Support Group which is affiliated with the Dianetics and Scientology Center of Chicago.
