Our guest speaker is Jessie Morfin, a local investor here in Southern California and also outside of California. He has been immersed in the Real Estate world since 2001.

He ventured into hard money lending, which allowed him to build a significant portfolio early on. Since then, he has owned a brokerage and led a large real estate team, collaborated with hedge funds to expand their portfolios and participated in over 300 property flips. Using the same trusted teams from his REO days.
