This group is for people of color who are over 60 and want to get out more and meet new people. I envision meetups at concerts, art receptions, fashion shows, sound baths, film, theatre, museums and line dancing. Let’s get out and enjoy the area.

Art Exhibit Opening
Location not specified yetBefore the holiday season starts in earnest, let's get our art appreciation on by attending the Brentwood Art Exhibit on November 21! You will be able to see art from various artists and enjoy the atmosphere of the Brentwood art community. The theme is how do we experience change. If there is interest, we may grab a bite to eat nearby after viewing the exhibit as the area has many good restaurants.

The juried show explores the theme “How do we experience change? Do we adapt or resist?” through works in multiple media. Artists interpret the theme broadly — from personal evolution to shifts in community, environment, and technology — reflecting on how change can feel gradual or sudden, visible or unseen, and how people respond to it
