### Morning Calisthenics & Coffee – Clontarf Promenade

Let’s kick off Friday with some fresh air, movement, and good vibes!
We’ll start the day with a bodyweight workout at the Clontarf calisthenics park — perfect for beginners and all fitness levels.
This session will focus on the foundations needed to build toward a muscle-up, starting with dynamic stretches and progressing through a mix of:

  • Front-bar dips
  • Pull-up variations (with or without resistance bands)
  • Negative movements
  • Core and upper-body strengthening sets

The goal is to help everyone get comfortable with bodyweight training, boost endorphins, and start the Friday workday feeling strong and energized. 💪
After the workout, we’ll head to Kennedy’s Café next door for a well-earned breakfast or just a coffee and chat — a great chance to connect and unwind. ☕️
📍 Location: Calisthenics Park, Clontarf Promenade (next to Clontarf Pier)
