Let's get our weekday cardio in with a moderately difficult hike of approximately 10 miles and just under 1800 feet elevation gain. We'll hike Crowder’s, Rock Top, Pinnacle, and Turn Back Trails to summit both of the park's peaks with views of the Charlotte skyline and Piedmont at a goal pace of 2.7-3.0 mph. You have the option to join in for the entire distance or drop off at the half way point as we pass the visitor center spur on our way to the Pinnacle.

Meet at the visitor center to get on the trail promptly at 10 am. Bring plenty of water, a trail lunch or snack and layers for a cold start and mid-day warm-up.
