Poston Park Mountain Bike Trails Hike

George Poston Park has some really nice trails, join me for some fun!

This will be a 6 to 7 mile moderate hike at 2.75 mph so we get our heart rates up good. We'll gain about 1,000 ft in elevation on rolling hills with some steeper trail in the first couple of miles.

"Turn right immediately inside the gate and go all way back past the ball fields to the last parking lot on the left. "There are bathrooms there."

Bring water and a trail snack or lunch.
