Got the winter blues? Not excercising much? Come out for fun, fitness, and fellowship for a 7 mile- three (3) winery loop hike. We will start and end at Grassy Creek Winery. Along the way we will stop at Elkin Creek Winery and Adagio Winery. We will be hiking the Mountain to Sea Trail, side trails, and some road walking. We will be doing a bit of bushwhacking just to make it fun!
This is a relatively easy loop hike without a lot of elevation gain.
All wineries are pet friendly so feel free to bring man’s best friend.
We will pass porta-a-Jon’s and restrooms on the hike but Grassy Creek will not be open when we first arrive so stop on your way in.
Pack water and snacks.
Food: winneries have some foot for sale. They also allow you to gring your own.
Don’t drink wine?! Grassy Creek has draft beer.
