Mount Jefferson Hike - Old Barn Winery - Live Music & Food Truck

Long Range Weather Forecast Looks Good.

You can easilly shortcut and wait for us in West Jefferson. We'll hike 7 miles starting with a easy/moderate 2.5 mile loop around the top of the mountain with beautiful views, and then a 5 mile difficult hike down the mountain and back up including stops at the Sunrise & Sunset view areas. You can go part way down the mountain to the first view area and then go back up making it a easy side of difficult hike.

I'll add a carpool later, first I have to get my Explorer out of the shop.

WE'LL MEET AT THE PARKING AREA ON TOP OF MOUNT JEFFERSON before 10 AM. Drive up the mountain as far as you can.

Bring water and a snack or trail lunch

There will be a carpool/caravan from the parking lot next to Olive Garden, 438 Talbert Rd Mooresville pulling out at 8:15 AM sharp "Arrive Early" I have one seat left and others may have seats also. Let me know if you're coming to ride with me.
