What we’re about
This is a group for anyone interested in riding bicycles around Aurora, CO meeting new people and advocating to make Aurora a great place to get around by bike. Tandem, recumbent, ebikes, etc. are welcome. We are primarily a recreational riding group and all our rides are "no-drop" with a pace of around 12-15mph. Let's keep riding!

Bicycle Aurora Saturday Ride
E-470 Public Admin Building (south parking lots), 22470 E Stephen D Hogan Pkwy, Aurora, CO 80018, Aurora, CO, USLooking beautiful and sunny, so, let's roll!
We'll take a ride from the E-470 Admin building parking lot (there is dedicated trail use parking in the most southernly parking lot area), down the High Plains Trail to Smoky Hill Rd., take short break and roll back down the trail to the parking lot. About 14 miles on a paved, regional trail with only one street crossing (at Quincy).

Bring your helmet, sunscreen, light jacket, plenty of water and money for any snacks from Circle K at the mid-ride stop.
Bicycle Aurora Liability Release
BY ATTENDING this group ride event you ACKNOWLEDGE and ACCEPT the following:
1. I ACKNOWLEDGE, agree, and represent that I understand the nature of bicycling activities and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. I further acknowledge that the group ride activity will be conducted over public pavements, trails, on-street bike lanes and facilities open to the public, and upon which the hazards of traveling are to be expected. I further agree and warrant that if, at any time, I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue further participation.
2. I FULLY UNDERSTAND that (a) BICYCLING ACTIVITIES INVOLVE RISKS AND DANGERS OF SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH ("Risks"); (b) these Risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the group ride activity, the conditions in which the group ride activity takes place, or the negligence of others; (c) there may be OTHER RISKS AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSSES either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I may incur as a result of my participation; (d) I acknowledge that Bicycle Aurora, event organizers, ride leaders, and any event volunteers will not be liable for any accidents or damages through this group ride.
