Bicycle Aurora Saturday Ride!

Looking like a very nice and pretty pleasant Saturday in December, so let's get out and enjoy it!

We'll leave from Horseshoe Park at noon and take a nice loop around Aurora on the Spillway Trail, down the frontside of the Cherry Creek Dam along the Cherry Creek Trail and over to the Highline Canal Trail and return to Horseshoe Park. Bring your helmet, water, snacks and a light jacket (and maybe some gloves). There should be optional "snacks" at 6 Capitals Brewery post ride, if so desired.

Some very slight hills, about 18 miles on paved, regional paths at a 10-12 mph pace, no-drop.

BY ATTENDING this group ride event you ACKNOWLEDGE and ACCEPT the following:
1. I ACKNOWLEDGE, agree, and represent that I understand the nature of bicycling activities and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. I further acknowledge that the group ride activity will be conducted over public pavements, trails, on-street bike lanes and facilities open to the public, and upon which the hazards of traveling are to be expected. I further agree and warrant that if, at any time, I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue further participation.
2. I FULLY UNDERSTAND that (a) BICYCLING ACTIVITIES INVOLVE RISKS AND DANGERS OF SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH ("Risks"); (b) these Risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the group ride activity, the conditions in which the group ride activity takes place, or the negligence of others; (c) there may be OTHER RISKS AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSSES either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I may incur as a result of my participation; (d) I acknowledge that Bicycle Aurora, event organizers, ride leaders, and any event volunteers will not be liable for any accidents or damages through this group ride.
