Before submitting a request to join on meetup, please read the below information:

Disclaimer - This is volunteer group of outdoor enthusiasts. By joining and paying dues, you acknowledge that there are risks associated with outdoor activities and you assume the liability for your actions.

1. To be a member of our group on Meetup, you must pay the $10 yearly dues first. The options to pay your dues are outlined below.

2. If you'd like to test out our group prior to paying the $10 dues, you can join our Facebook group located at https://www.facebook.com/groups/188811407882841. You will be a guest for 30 days.

What do the dues cover? Dues go toward club administrative costs such as meetup fees. In addition, the club hosts 2 socials which include location fees (if applicable) and a portion of the food.

How to pay your dues:
You have four options to pay club dues:
1. Mail a check payable to the Outdoor Adventure Group of ETX. Please include your name and email address if we need to contact you. Mail your check to Julie Bradford at 11822 State Hwy 64 East, Tyler, TX 75707. (Do not make the check out to Julie B.!)
2. There is a Zelle option using the outdoorgroupofetx@gmail.com email address.
3. Pay in person. If you plan to pay in cash, please bring the exact change. If you do not have exact change, we will assume you are generous and thank you kindly.
4. Pay via Paypal. Select send/receive and opt for "Send money to family and friends." Our email address for Paypal is outdoorgroupofetx@gmail.com. We request that you select an ACH (checking account) payment to avoid fees being charged to the club. Under notes, please include your name(s) so we know who to credit.
