Join Jena, yoga instructor and sound healer along with Naomi Brebes acupuncturist for a early evening of relaxation. Candlelight atmosphere, blankets, bolster, guided meditation, essential oils, soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gong and other healing instruments.
Naomi will provide acupuncture to support deep relaxation and flow to the channels in the body.
