Avila Stand Up Paddle Event

805 Adventures wants to get you out on the water for an amazing day in Avila on the harbor, a perfect place to paddle. Rise & Shine and start your day out on the water. We will start with a pre-paddle stretch. You will have the option to rent a kayak or stand up paddle board. If you have your own paddle board or kayak the rate is reduced. There will be in water guidance, support, and a ton of fun.
If you want to try some yoga on the board, great, if not that is okay because learning to paddle is enough & such a great form of fitness.
We will be able to paddle and see sea life, surrounded by the beauty of the ocean as we stay close to the shore. The Adventure includes a short walk to the lighthouse and check out the tree swing.
