Black Family Healing Hike

In these unprecedented times, let’s take a moment to gather, enjoy a healthy hike, forest bathe, unify and be in community.

We will meet at 12:45 near the Saxon Woods playground.

This hike is under three miles, some uneven terrain but generally moderate.

After the hike we are going to circle up and converse and see if we are able to soothe some of these rough vibes we are feeling.

Bring the family and an open mind, but most of all bring yourself. Children are welcome.

Dress for the weather, bring 16-24 ounces of water and some snacks.

Plenty of free parking available, and rest rooms at the beginning/end of hike.
