Creating camaraderie and community through athletics and activities!

We prefer to do fitness outside over a gym any day. We love being outside and breathing the fresh air! Some activities we love are pickleball, biking, kayaking, yoga, and hiking. We believe a healthy body helps create a healthy mind!
