Day Hike Trip - Mount Galbraith Loop

Hello Fellow Survivors! Let's Heal Together on the Trail!
Hey everyone! I'm so excited to invite you on a day trip to a beautiful hiking trail near Golden. This hike is extra special to me, and I can't wait to share it with you.

Why This Hike?
This trail holds a special place in my heart. Back in my ultra-running days, I used to train here. Beyond the personal connection, it's simply stunning! The beauty of nature has a way of healing both the body and mind. Let's soak it all in and find some peace and rejuvenation together.

The Plan:
- Location: A popular trail near Golden (I'll share the exact location with the group).
- When: June 1 at 7:00 am. Let's aim to arrive early to snag parking!
- Group Size: Limited to 8 people to keep things manageable in the parking area.
- Bring Your Furry Friend: Dogs on leashes are welcome!
- The Hike: A moderate 4.2 mile loop with about 928 feet of elevation gain.

What to Expect:
The hike is classified as moderate, so be prepared for uphill sections. But don't worry, we'll take our time and enjoy the journey! The views are absolutely worth it.

What to Pack:
To make the most of our day, please bring the following:
- Daypack: To carry your essentials.
- Hiking Boots: Essential for comfort and stability on the trail.
- Sunscreen & Hat: Protect yourself from the sun.
- Salty Snacks: To replenish electrolytes.
- Electrolytes & Water: To stay hydrated
- Rain Jacket: Just in case the weather changes.
- Sandals: A treat for your feet after the hike!

Post-Hike Snack Break:
After we conquer the trail, let's relax and refuel with a snack break at the trailhead (TH). Bring your favorite treats to share, and let's chat about our adventure!
