Lavallette Gazebo to Seaside Park and Reverse Directions 10-12 Miles

If you are new to my hikes in order to register you have to message or email me.Priority on my hikes will be given to those who attend my hikes regularly or who cancel their reservation at least 24 hours ahead of time.
We begin at the Parking Lot at Lavallette Gazebo .We take Washington Avenue to Lavallette Boardwalk to the end.At this point we walk about a 1/4 of a mile on the sand to reach Ortley Beach Boardwalk.In Ortley there are two Boardwalks.Next comes Seaside Heights and Seaside Park Boardwalks.Once we arrive in Seaside Park when we reach 1st Street we turn right and walk on Barnegat Bay side.We take lunch break in Moe Levine Park near bathrooms on 13 th Avenue.
The second half of walk,back to parking lot, we walk down 13 th Avenue to Seaside Park and Seaside Heights Boardwalks on to the streets and back to Ortley Beach Boardwalk.Again we walk on the sand and reach Lavallette Boardwalk make left turn on Washington Avenue back to parking lot.
This hike is 10-12 miles on boardwalks, sand,and streets.We will try to maintain 3-3.5 mph.If there is is interest we can always go over bridge to visit West Point Island.

There are restrooms across Route 35 in the back of Lavallette Fire Station at the beginning of hike.
