Northern Wissahickon Hike

5 mile hike at a moderate pace (2.5 - 3.0 mph). Steep climbs and descents over boulders and rocks.

This is a hike through the more quiet and picturesque parts of Wissahickon Valley Park. Starting at the Valley Green Inn, we will hike north and northeast on the the orange and lavender trails. Along the way, we will see a few waterfalls and beautiful views of the Wissahickon Creek.
Coming back we'll cross the Wissahickon via the Thomas Mill Covered Bridge and make an easy return along Forbidden Drive.

Bring water, snacks, lunch and hiking poles (if you use them).

Restrooms located near the Valley Green Inn.
