TRAILS to ALES Hike At Wells Mills Park

The plan is to hike the entire 8.5 mile Pens Mills(Macri) Trail and the half mile nature trail at a moderate to brisk pace depending on trail conditions and weather. Trails are slightly more challenging than most Pine Barren trails. Boardwalks over wet areas, as well as some stairs and a few hundred feet of elevation. Listed as one of the 50 best hikes in New Jersey. We will meet in the parking lot close to the nature center. We will take 3-4 short breaks during the hike. Bring Tick repellent, snacks and water.
