Short Slow Hike at Medford Leas

Join us for a 3-4 mile gentle hike (about 2 mph) at the Medford Leas Campus. We will be walking both paved and wooded trails
with views of the wild flower meadows and the Rancocas River.
Bring your binoculars. We usually have a variety of birds hanging out in the river and meadows.
We will also have a rest stop at the Nature Center. This will give us time to see the greenhouse plants and the garden plots.
Meet early at the front door for coffee and a bathroom break. We will return here after the hike.

Medford Leas has invited us to a casual luncheon after the hike.
They will prepare boxed lunches which include a sandwich, small salad, trail mix, beverage and dessert.
The sandwich choices are: Egg, Vegetarian, Tuna, Turkey, or Chicken salad
