Fall in the Salt Marsh

Historical Cattus Island provides a unique habitat of salt marshes & woodland. We will hike approximately 5-7 miles ( depending on weather & trail conditions) of easy trails at a moderate to brisk pace, enjoying the the Fall Season around the salt marsh and rooted trails. There are several bail out points to make hike shorter if needed. this an ideal beginners hike. Rest rooms open in the environmental center AFTER 10am. Porta Jon in parking lot. Located off Fischer Blvd in Toms River. We will meet in the parking lot closest to the environmental center.
