If you are new to my hikes in order for you to register you have to email or message me.Priority on my hikes will be given to those who attend the hikes or who cancel their reservation at least 24 hours ahead of time.
The Michael Huber Preserve is in the heart of the N.J.Pine Barrens. It is named for the late Michael Huber .Michael was a dedicated conservationist ,who served on the Board of N.J. Conservation Foundation.Its pitch pine/scrub oak forest are prime breeding habitat for the Prairie Warbler,a migratory songbird that winters in the islands of West Indies.This preserve contains 1,227 acres and 13 miles of marked trails.

On this hike we begin on the white trail when we reach yellow trail we turn left and loop back to white.We then continue on the white and make a left turn on the green trail do a half loop back to white trail. We take the red trail loop back to white trail to the end. We then take lunch break.
After lunch we begin on white trail turn left on the red-green trail and a right on green trail. When continue on white trail to the blue trail and finish on white trail back to parking lot.
This hike is 10-12 miles at a 3-mph.

There are no porta-potties or restrooms on this hike.
Arrive 15 minutes early for sign-in, adjust boots, separations, safety talk, etc. I leave on time.
