Fall Hike At Wells Mills Park
Details
The plan is to hike the entire 8.5 mile Pens Mills(Macri) Trail and the half mile nature trail at a moderate to brisk pace depending on trail conditions and weather. Trails are slightly more challenging than most Pine Barren trails. Boardwalks over wet areas, as well as some stairs and a few hundred feet of elevation. Listed as one of the 50 best hikes in New Jersey. We will take 3-4 short breaks during the hike. Bring Insect repellent, snacks and water. We will meet in the parking lot close to the nature center.
