Mullica River Trail: Atsion to Batsto

Approximately 9.5 miles on the Mullica River Trail, from Atsion to Batsto.
This is a one-way hike so we will need to shuttle cars. Meet at Batsto at 9:30 a.m. and then we will carpool to Atsion where we will hike southward back to Batsto.
This is a very pretty area of the Pinelands and we will be hiking within sight of the Mullica River most of the way. The last mile or so may be the prettiest section of the Mullica and then we finish by hiking into historic Batsto Village.
Bring lunch, plenty to drink, insect repellent, and good cheer. The trails are easy so hiking boots aren't necessary, low hikers or trail runners should be fine. Moderate to fast pace (3 mph).
