Manasquan Reservoir with Cove Loop
Details
This is an easy hike around the Manasquan Reservoir in Howell Township. We'll walk the perimeter loop and add the Cove Trail extension near the end of the hike. You can skip the Cove trail and follow the perimeter back to the parking if you want. Expect about 6 miles at a 3 MPH pace with few stops. I don't take a lunch break. Bring water. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
We'll start at the ENVIRONMENTAL Center off Georgia Tavern Rd (not the visitor center). Check the pin point.
There are real bathrooms at the environmental center, and then several porta-johns along the way.
