Details
7.5 moderate pace hike starting briefly along the Batsto River to Washington Turnpike to the Batona Trail and to Maple Branch Road and Burnt Schoolhouse Road. Lunch will be at Buttonwood Hill Camp. The return will be on the 1808 Trail and The Batona Trail.
Bathrooms are at the start.
Bring a snack, water and lunch and something to sit on.
Bring walking poles.
Arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and use the restrooms.
