Pinchot Trail Backpacking Trip

The Pinchot Trail is a 23-mile hiking trail in the Thornhurst Tract of the Pinchot State Forest in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. For this trip, we will be hiking a 10 mile loop of mostly flat terrain with some rolling hills through dense hemlock forests, open meadows, rhododendron tunnels and past picturesque streams. Day 01 will be a five mile hike to our campsite and Day 02 will be five miles back to the trailhead.

The hiking pace will be a moderate 2.5 mph.

This trip is limited to 9 participants.
