Push your aerobic threshold for improved conditioning and a longer health span! We will do 6 to 6.5 miles at a fast pace on the hilly terrain of Clayton Park. I'll vary the pace a bit with some higher-intensity hiking mixed with short recovery breaks. Be prepared to go at this pretty hard -- about 3-3.2 mph overall. Not a killer hike but definitely a workout!
Bring plenty to drink and leave the snow shovels at home. 😃
Arrive 10 or 15 minutes early to sign in and hear the safety talk. There are port-a-johns in the parking lot.
Refuel at the Roost afterwards.
