Clayton Park "Roller Coaster Hike"

Are your quads suffering from "flatland syndrome"? Then you could probably benefit from some hiking on the hilly terrain of Clayton Park.
This will be a brisk 6 to 7 mile hike. Not as vigorous as my workout hikes at Clayton, but be prepared to work a bit more than usual.
No lunch but we'll take a few good breaks. Be sure to wear proper footwear, the clay at Clayton can be slick when wet.
OCSJ dues-paying members only.
Arrive 10 or 15 minutes early to sign in and hear the safety talk. There is a port-a-john at the parking lot. We will start at 10 o'clock sharp.
Refuel afterwards at The Roost.
