About: Welcome to our Virtual Coed Community Empowerment Group presented by Speak Your Mind!
This event offers a Safe Space for Connection & Growth. We do this by participating in open discussions, grounding activities and exploring topics that will foster connection. Wether you're seeking support, inspiration or simply a sense of community, our group is the perfect place to nurture your soul with other humans. Don't miss out on this opportunity to embrace human connection, empowerment and self-love. We provide a laid-back, judgment-free space where men and women can show up authentically, connect, and uplift one another through life’s challenges. Each session is unique and may include conversation, meditation, movement, or simply being present in community.
You are not alone. Seeking support is a sign of strength, and together, we rise. We can't wait to meet you!
When: Occurring every two weeks from 5:00pm -7:00pm PT
Where: Zoom
Agenda: Grounding activity, introductions, support round, discovery round, reflections and closing.
What to bring: Pen, paper and yourselves
Why: Speak Your Mind's mission is to create uplifting spaces for members of our community. To disconnect from busy life and to connect with each other by supporting and empowering each other to elevate to higher spiritual, mental and physical levels of well-being.
Speak Your Mind's founder, Mario Spano, whose personal struggles with isolation and mental health led him to seek deeper connection and support, started this nonprofit in dedication to fostering brotherhood with men’s groups. Speak Your Mind has now expanded to Women's Groups and Coed Groups across the U.S.

Logistics:

🔹 Non-denominational, donation-based (no one turned away for lack of funds)
🔹 Come as you are—whether to talk, listen, or just be in the space

All groups are donation-based, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds, but donations are integral to us growing SYM and offering more of these groups for others.
