Bi-Weekly Sedona Men's Group!

Event Info:
Our bi-weekly meetup for men to connect, join in movement, light breathwork, and intention setting before gathering in a welcoming men's circle inside a heated space here in beautiful Sedona.

When/Where:
Every other Wednesday, 5:30PM @ Pyramid Mountain.
Park at Pyramid Mountain Trailhead at the intersection of Red Rock Loop and Chavez Ranch Rd, we will take a short hike together to where the circle will be held

This group is based on:
Accountability, Authenticity, Support, and Respect.

Come share, listen, offer support, set goals, and experience the power of brotherhood community that many men are missing in their lives.

Background and Non-profit Support
This group was birthed from the struggles of men in our community and is now supported by an Arizona-based non profit organization for mental health (Linktr.ee here to learn more: https://linktr.ee/taketimespeakyourmind). The mission of Speak Your Mind is to provide spaces for men to connect and support each other during a mental health crisis that continues to leave men feeling isolated and leads to an alarmingly high male suicide rate.
We are stronger together and it is ok to seek support and connection along the difficult journey of life!

All events are non-denominational and donation-based. No one will be turned away for their beliefs or financial position.
