Outdoor Workout at the Park (Free & Fun Group Session)

Let's workout outside together! Let's meet in the open air to put some effort in, and break a sweat.
We’ll mix strength, cardio, and good energy.
🏋️ What we’ll do:
- Appetizer: dynamic warm-up to get moving
- Main course: HIIT circuit
- Desert: Tabata finisher (short, intense 4-minute blast with music)
- Cool-down + stretch + optional social hangout after
📍 Location:
Parc du Cinquentenaire at the athletic track near the pull-up bars.
(don't worry if you can't do pull-ups, all levels are welcome)
💧 Bring:
Water, comfortable clothes and sport shoes / running shoes.
