Outdoor Workout at the Park (Free & Fun Group Session)

Let's workout outside together! Let's meet in the open air to put some effort in, and break a sweat.
We’ll mix strength, cardio, and good energy.
🏋️ What we’ll do:
- Dynamic warm-up to get moving
- 10 minute bodyweight strength/skill training (suitable for all levels)
- 30 minute HIIT circuit
📍 Location:
Parc du Cinquentenaire at the athletic track near the pull-up bar and other exercise stations.
(don't worry if you can't do pull-ups, all levels are welcome)

💧 Bring:
Water, comfortable clothes and sport shoes / running shoes.
