Schabarum Trail Hike (4.8 miles, 961' gain)

Join the OGs on a refreshing hike through Schabarum Park located in Hacienda Heights. There is some incline, pockets of shade, and lots of greenery. This event is for women (40+) looking to connect with others, explore the beauty of nature, and enjoy the company of women friends.

When: Sunday, May 5, 2024

Time: 8:00 am (we'll start the hike at 8:15 am after introductions)

Trailhead Address: 17250 Colima Rd, Hacienda Heights, CA 91745

Meeting location: Meet inside Schabarum park by the NW corner roundabout (near the corner of Azusa and Colima Road). We'll start the hike clockwise.

Directions: From the CA-60 heading East/West, exit 18 to S Azusa Ave in Hacienda Heights. Turn right onto S. Azusa Ave. Drive past Colima Rd. and immediately find street parking along S. Azusa Ave.

Parking:
Free street parking on South Azusa Avenue (near this address: 1850 S Azusa Ave #107, Hacienda Heights, CA 91745). Do not park in the shopping center or you may get a ticket.

Paid parking ($7/day) within Schabarum Park. Enter on Colima (east of Azusa Ave.).

If you are a no-show more than 2 times without at least letting the organizer(s) know, you may be suspended or removed from the group.
