Chrysallis Wellness Oasis Silent Retreat in Walnut, CA

Join us for a half day of stillness and silence. We will meditate, practice yoga and be still in mind and body.

Silent Retreat Day Schedule:
9:00 AM Meet at the Chrysallis Wellness Oasis in Walnut, CA. The address to the private spa residence will only be given to those who have RSVP’d.

At retreat location- meet and greet, rules for Noble Silence explained, question and answer, tour of the Chrysallis Oasis (retreat location), light breakfast snacks & beverages will be provided, or you may bring your own snacks & beverages (highly encouraged for guests who have diet or health restrictions).
Donation: Suggested $10 to cover cost of hosting event

Peaceful Silence Begins
9:30-10:00 Guided meditation
10 minute break
10:10- 10:45 Silent Yoga led by Eisen
10 minute break
10:55 -11:30 Guided meditation led by Denys C.
11:30-12:00 Light snacks and refreshments
12:00 Silence ends and closing remarks.

What to expect/do:
🤫 2 1/2 hours of silence.
📱Phones will be stored away upon arrival. If you want to store your phone away inside your vehicle please do so, prior to the event.
👕 Wear comfortable clothing.
🛋️ Find a comfortable space at the Oasis to rest.
🚫 Do not disturb other guests.
🗣️ Ask the administrators for assistance, only if needed.
