First Sunday’s Hike and Park Fellowships

Details
Join me on first Sundays for easy Sunday afternoon hikes and fellowships, in the beautiful City of Walnut parks.
Every first Sunday of the month we will meet at a City of Walnut park and hike on a local trail (the actual parks where we will be meeting, will be announced each month). These easy hikes are designed for those who are getting back into moving & exercising.
The hikes will take approximately 1-1/2 hour. We will walk at a pace that will get our heartbeats up and burn some calories. We always wait for those who are moving a little bit slower and allow those who can move faster the freedom to move faster. After we complete our hike, we will sit, eat our own lunches (if you want to bring something to share please do), and fellowship with each other for an hour or two.
Leashed well behaved dogs are allowed (please remember to bring poop bags & clean up after your fur-baby).
What to bring:
Water, snacks, lunch, blanket, lawn chair or sitting cushion, umbrella for lawn chair (optional). We may be able to use the gazebo, if it is not reserved.
What to wear:
Sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, bug spray, comfortable shoes and clothes. Extra clothes & shoes, if needed.
Contact Denys C., if you have any questions or concerns.
Let’s get moving and let’s have fun getting to know each other!🤩
