Join us at the Phoenix Botanical Gardens for some movement in nature, human connection and support. This event offers a safe space for open discussions, grounding, and bonding. Whether you're seeking support, inspiration, or simply a sense of community, our Speak Your Mind event is the perfect place to nurture your mind, body and soul in nature. When: Second Tuesday Evening of the Month at 5:00pm

Where: Phoenix Botanical Gardens, 1201 N Galvin Pkwy Phoenix, Az 85008

Agenda: Meet near the box office booth, walk in nature and enjoy connection with other Phoenix, community members

What to bring: Comfortable shoes, snacks, water, small towel to sit on, and your beautiful self!

Why: Speak Your Mind is an organization with a mission to create uplifting spaces in nature for members of our local community to disconnect from busy life and move, connect, and empower each other as we all strive to elevate to a higher level of physical, mental and spiritual health. We do this by marrying outdoor movement (rock climbing, hiking, biking, simple walks outside, etc.) with the powerful support of community support circles.
