Outdoor Pilates class

I’m Montaine, a certified Pilates teacher who recently moved to Lisbon, and I’m creating a small Pilates community here in the city 🫶🏻

I’ll be hosting outdoor mat Pilates classes focused on mobility, posture, and strength — all levels are welcome.

The idea is to build a small Pilates community where we can move, connect and meet every week ✨

What to expect:

• 50min full body session
• Outdoor class in beautiful Lisbon spot
• English-speaking classes
• Beginner-friendly

Please bring your own mat + water 💧

10€ per class, payable either cash or Revolut transfer ☺️
