Outdoor Pilates class 28/05

I’m a certified Pilates teacher and I’m starting weekly Outdoor small-group mat Pilates classes in Lisbon — all levels are welcome 🫶🏻

The idea is to create a regular weekly moment to move, breathe, slow down a little, and connect with others ☺️

The class will be 10€ per person, payable in cash or through Revolut 🫶🏻
