What we’re about
Las Congas is a cultural project dedicated to growing and celebrating the Salsa scene in Greater Barcelona. With two active websites and a vibrant Instagram presence, we promote and document Salsa-related events, schools, and artists, helping to strengthen and connect the community.
Our mission is to open the doors of the Salsa world to newcomers by offering a welcoming and inspiring introduction by teaching basics Salsa steps. Through our Salsa Initiation Workshops, we provide a taste of what this vibrant culture has to offer—music, movement, connection, and joy. Whether you're just curious or ready to dive in, our workshops are the perfect first step.
