Hike by the Haunted Hay Ride

We are going to hike by the Haunted Hay Ride! Bring your camera! You'll see some cool Halloween stuff! After we walk by that, we'll go up for a hike to Amir's Garden. I hiked by there today and it was neat. Link: http://losangeleshauntedhayride.com/

Meet at The Griffith Park Merry Go Round Parking Lot. From the I-5 North, take the Griffith Park exit. From the 134, go to I-5 South. From the I-5 South, take the Los Felix Blvd West/ Griffith Park exit. Then travel north along Griffith Park Drive until the sign for the Merry Go Round tells you to turn Left. Park in the Lot and meet at the parking lot entrance. We are meeting at the 1st parking lot-- closest to the merry go round

Meet at 1:15 but leave at 1:30 PM. Hike is approx 5 miles with 1,000 feet elevation gain. Approx 2 hours hike.

A moderate hike. Not recommended for beginners unless they are in good shape. Bring 2 bottles of water and sneakers with good traction.
