Picnic & Sunset Walk at Woodland Mound

Let’s soak up a spring evening together. We’ll meet at 7:00pm for a relaxed picnic in the park — bring whatever you like, whether it’s your dinner or just a light snack. We’ll eat, chat, and enjoy some fresh air as we ease into the evening.

As the sky starts to show off its colors, we’ll head out for a sunset stroll. Woodland Mound has a beautiful, easy 1-mile paved path with big open skies, perfect for sunset views. If there’s time (and interest), we can add on a short, optional hike on one of the park’s dirt trails.

Sunset is at 8:30pm, so we’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the evening light and good company. This is our twist on a girls’ night out — casual, outdoorsy, and a great way to unwind midweek.

**If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule. But we’re hoping for warm temps, sunshine, and a few clouds to make the sunset extra beautiful.
