Hike Purgatory Creek & Starlng Lake followed by Fat Pants Brewery

Join us for a hike around Purgatory Creek & Staring Lake. The route will be approximately 6.5 miles at a 16:00 minute (or faster depending upon participants) per mile pace. The trail is both paved and non paved.

After the hike we can go to Fat Pants Brewery. Who doesn't want to visit a place with such a fun name?! The brewery is located at 8335 Crystal View Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. It is very close to the park.

We'll meet at the Purgatory Creek Park pavilion. It is located at the corner of Prairie Center Dr & Technology Dr.

Things to know for this event:
1. Do not leave valuables in the car. Car break-ins do happen so do not give anyone a reason to want to break into your car.
2. Bring water & bug spreay as necessary (it is summer in MN & mosquito season )
3. Wear decent shoes for the terrain. The appropriate footwear can make the difference in speed and difficulty of the hike. Tennis shoes are fine but no sandals
4. suggested to ring a dry shirt for socializing. It feels more comfortable than a sweaty shirt.

As always, if you don't feel well, stay home & rest so you feel better. If you are ill, or your plans change, remember to update your RSVP so the leaders know whether to expect you.
