Hidden Falls to Crosby Farm & back + Wandering Leaf Brewing

This hike will be an out & back hike. Some paved trail & some dirt trails. We'll meet at Hidden Falls and then hike to Crosby Farm & back.
The pace will be about a 17:00 - 17:30 minute mile. For some that is fast, for others slow. To check your speed, use your smart phone to track your pace. There are many free apps to use. Map My Run (walk, hike, bike, etc) is GPS based. That is what the leaders use to track time/distance. Another option is to check your pace on a treadmill. Treadmills can make it a little easier so try for a faster pace to know what it is like without the treadmill assistance. We'll hike for about 5-6 miles.
Things to know for winter hiking:
- It may be a cooler temp at the start, but you will warm up. Layers work well to help regulate your temp.
- Bring a headlamp
- Bring a dry shirt to change into for socializing afterwards. It helps with the chills.
- Decent shoes help to keep the pace
- Grippers if there is snow
After the hike we can go to Wandering Leaf Brewing It is very close by dogs are welcome on the hike just meed to okck up after them of necessary I also thinkk dogs are welcome in the brewery Will need to double check their website.
